Yes, I am still around. I've just been really busy and not all that artfully motivated to be honest. I have a new job, well same company, just promoted is all. I am still getting the hang of everything that is expected of me in my new capacity at work. It does have a tendency to be a bit stressful though.
On the home front, I just brought home a baby boy from the hospital today. He was born August 28th at 8:19 AM. He was 20 1/4 inches long and weighed 7 lbs even. His name is Andrew Thomas, and both he and his mother are doing very well. This is definitely one of those life changing moments, but it's something that I have been preparing for for about 9 months, so I at least shouldn't be too far behind the curve on this one. I definitely am a firm believer in the theory that no one is ever actually prepared for raising children, but you can at least learn a little bit about it to help you on your way.
Anyway, hopefully the artistic fairy will stop by at some point and give me some musings to work with.
Love to all of you,
Rob

And all the best for the New Year, hun!
